3 The safety device of equipment shall be complete and work reliably;
4 Hydraulic, lubrication and cooling water system shall operate normally;
5 Each rotating part shall be operating smoothly without abnormal sound and fasteners shall not be loose;
6 The temperature rise and max temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 35℃ and 70℃ respectively and that of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 40℃ and 80℃ respectively;
7 Each rotating part shall be running normally and the test run shall not be less than 2h after the bearing temperature is stable;
8 After the no-load test run, connecting bolts shall be checked for loosening, and if the bolts are loose, tighten them.
4 Equipment Foundation, Anchor Bolt and Base Plate
4.1 General Requirement
4.1.1 This chapter is applicable to the installation of foundation, anchor bolt and base plate of mineral processing equipment.
4.1.2 Due to the heavy weight of mineral processing equipment (such as crushing equipment) and excessive vibration when operating in production, designer shall determine whether or not to carry out settlement observation for equipment foundation according to the geological condition.
4.2 Equipment Foundation
4.2.1 Before installation of equipment, equipment foundation contractor shall hand over the foundation to the equipment installation organization.Foundation contractor shall include the settlement observation record of main equipment foundation and measurement record of equipment foundation in the shift material.Elevation of foundation, longitudinal and horizontal centerlines of equipment, and positions of holes reserved for anchor bolts shall be included in the measurement record.The equipment installation organization shall re-measure the handed-over foundation and may install the equipment after it is qualified.
4.2.2 The appearance of equipment foundation shall be inspected and oil dirt, water and other contaminations on its surface and in the holes reserved for anchor bolts shall be removed thoroughly;threads and nuts of buried anchor bolts shall be kept in good condition.
4.2.3 Inspection items specified herein shall be completed prior to equipment lifting.
4.2.4 There shall be measuring data for foundation and the data shall be handed over.
4.2.5 Before installation of equipment, the datum line for equipment installation shall be determined according to the construction drawing and the measurement control network.The planimetric position and elevation for equipment installation shall be measured in accordance with the established datum line.For main equipment and continuous production line, permanent centerline plate and elevation datum mark shall be embedded to provide reliable benchmark for installation construction and future maintenance.
