Fire protection vocabulary—Part 1: General terms
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 5907 defines the general terms and definitions related to fire protection.
This part is applicable to fire management, fire standardization, fire safety engineering, fire science research, teaching, consulting, publishing and other related work fields.

behavior of setting a fire (2.3), usually with intent to cause damage

physical quantity representing the characteristics of fire (2.3)

fire classification
classification of fires (2.3) in terms of the type of combustible (2.49) and the property of combustion (2.21) with standardized methods
