This part of GB/T 7673 specifies the technical requirements of paper covered combined conductors (referred to as "combined conductors"); cores of combined conductors are two or more winding wires (e.g. paper covered rectangular copper wire) which compose the column of broad side or narrow side overlapped and of which the insulation layer is overlapped or covered with three or more layers of insulation papers. It is applicable to winding of transformer. This part shall be used together with GB/T 7673.1.
The range of for rectangular wire conductor specified in this part:
Narrow side a: (0.80≤a≤5.60)mm (R20 series is preferred)
Broad side b: (2.00≤b≤16.00)mm (R20 series is preferred)
For those exceed this range, it shall be determined through negotiation between the Supplier and the Demander.
