This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and main dimensions, requirements, markings and examples, assembly, labels, packing, transportation and storage of drive for glass-lined vessel with agitator.

3 Type, Basic Parameters and Main dimensions
3.1 Drive type see Figure 1, basic parameters and main dimensions see Table 1.
3.2 There are TB, DZ, DJ, SZ and SJ structure types according to the structure of reducer stool output shaft and supporting type (see Table 2). The TB type reducer stool output shaft has an outer-cone connection. The DZ and DJ drive shafts have single support. The SZ and SJ drive shafts have double support.

Comply to HG/T 2052, when drive unit with TB reducer stool, dN=80mm agitator shaft, N=4kW
YBX3 motor, and n=80r/min turning speed. Take as example, it marks as:
Drive for glass-lined vessel with agitator HG/T 2052–TB4(80)–YB4/80.
The meaning of each factor in the marking is as follows:
TB4(80) ——reducer stool item number TB4, agitator shaft nominal diameter 80mm;
YB4/80 ——Type-YB motor, 4kW motor power, 80r/min agitator turning speed.

3 Type, Basic Parameters and Main dimensions
3.1 Drive type see Figure 1, basic parameters and main dimensions see Table 1.
3.2 There are TB, DZ, DJ, SZ and SJ structure types according to the structure of reducer stool output shaft and supporting type (see Table 2).
