HG/T 4993-2016 Cellular material for shoes - Determination of resilience
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for resilience of cellular materials for shoes.
This standard is applicable to the test of cellular materials for shoes.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 2941 Rubber - General procedures for preparing and conditioning test pieces for physical test methods
3 Principle
When a pendulum with a certain mass and size falls from a fixed height to the specimen surface, the bouncing height of the pendulum is measured, and the percentage of the ratio of the bouncing height to the falling height of the pendulum is calculated.
4 Test equipment
4.1 Rebound resilience testing machine
It comprises a base, a specimen holder (as shown in Figure 1), an impact pendulum (as shown in Figure 2) and a rebound angle dial, wherein the mass of the whole equipment is at least 100 times that of the pendulum.
4.2 Specimen holder
It can firmly clamp the specimen without deforming it (see Figure 1).
