1 Scope
This standard specifies type, basic parameter and dimension, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, storage and transportation of YU series resistance start asynchronous motor.
This standard is applicable to YS series resistance start asynchronous motor (frame size 63~90) (hereinafter referred to as motor) and used by motors derived from this series for reference.

3 Types, Basic Parameters and Dimensions
3.1 The enclosure protection levels of motors are IP44, IP 54 and IP 55.
3.2 The cooling method of motors is IC 01 41.
3.3 The construction and mounting type of motors shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

3.4 Rating of the motor is continuous based on continuous duty (S1).
3.5 The rated frequency of the motors is 50Hz; the rated voltage is 220V.
3.6 Motors shall be manufactured according to the following rated powers (in W):
60, 90, 120, 180, 250, 370, 550, 750, 1100
3.7 The corresponding relationship of the frame size, speed and power of motors shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 2.

3.8 Dimensions and tolerances of the motors:
3.8.1 The mounting dimensions and tolerances of motors shall meet the requirements of Figures 1~ 5 and Tables 3~ 7, the boundary dimensions shall meet the requirements of Figures 1~5 and Tables 3~ 7.
3.8.2 Dimensions and their tolerances of motor shaft extension keys shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 8.
3.8.3 The radial circular run-out tolerance half the length of shaft extension shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 9.
3.8.4 The radial circular run-out tolerance of flange spigot to the motor axis and the end face circular run-out tolerance of flange mounting-plain to the motor axis shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 10.
3.8.5 The parallelism tolerance of motor axis to the foot supporting surface is 0.4 mm.
3.8.6 Flatness tolerance of foot supporting surface of the motors shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 11.
3.8.7 Symmetry tolerance of key groove on motor shaft extension shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 12.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The motors shall meet the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured according to the drawing and technical documents approved by established procedure.
4.2 The motors shall be capable of operating in rated conditions under the following altitude, ambient temperature and relative ambient humidity.
4.2.1 The altitude is less than or equal to 1000 m.
4.2.2 The maximum ambient temperature varies with different seasons but is less than or equal to 40℃.
4.2.3 The minimum ambient temperature is -15℃.
4.2.4 The maximum monthly mean relative humidity of the most humid month shall be 90 %

3.8 Dimensions and tolerances of the motors:

4 Technical Requirements
