Introduction of JB/T 1011-2007

1 Scope This standard specifies YC series capacitor starting asynchronous motor in terms of type, basic parameters and dimension, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storing, transportation and warranty period. This standard is applicable to YC series capacitor-start asynchronous motors (frame size 71~132) (hereinafter referred to as motors), and all other series motors derived from YC series capacitor-start asynchronous motors may also refer. 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. Table 1 Frame size Construction and mounting code (IM) 71~80 B3, B5, B14, B34, V1, V3, V5, V6, V18, V19 90 B3, B5, B14, B34, B35, V1, V3, V5, V6, V18, V19, V36 100~132 B3, B5, B35, V1, V3, V5, V6, V36 3.4 Rating of the motor is continuous based on continuous duty (S1) 3.5 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz; the rated voltage is 220V. 3.6 Motors shall be manufactured according to the following rated powers (in W): 120, 180, 250, 370, 550, 750, 1100, 1500, 2200, 3000, 3700. 3.7 The corresponding relation between frame size and rotating speed & power shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 2.
