1 Scope
This standard specifies the specifications for the vibration (velocity) of deep groove ball bearings which have the dimensions conforming to the requirements for diameter 0, 2 and 3 series specified in GB/T 276-1994, the nominal inside diameters of 3mm ~ 120mm, and the radial clearances conforming to the requirements for Groups 0, 2 and 3 clearance specified in GB/T 4604-2006, as well as the specifications for the vibration (velocity) peak value corresponding to such bearings in Groups V3 and V4 and has the inside diameter of 3mm ~ 60mm.
Group V specified in this standard is the basic requirement for the vibration (velocity) of common bearings, and the bearings are not to be marked with "V"; Groups V1, V2, V3 and V4 are applicable to the bearings of which the vibration (velocity) is subjected to certain requirements; Groups VF3 and VF4 are applicable to the bearings of which both the vibration (velocity) and the vibration (velocity) peak value are subjected to certain requirements.
This standard is applicable to the production inspection of the manufacturer and the acceptance of the user.
