3 Types and basic parameters
3.1 The preparation of hydraulic station models shall meet the following requirements:
Example 1:
Explosion-proof hydraulic station with constant torque braking, with rope adjustment function and with a design pressure of 6.3MPa is labeled as:
JYLB-6.3T hydraulic station
Example 2:
Non-explosion-proof hydraulic station with constant deceleration braking, without rope adjustment function and with a design pressure of 14MPa is labeled as:
JYJ-14 hydraulic station
3.2 The design pressure of the hydraulic station shall meet those specified in Table 1.
Table 1 In MPa
Design pressure pmax 6.3 10 14 21
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The hydraulic station shall work normally under the following conditions:
a) when the explosion-proof hydraulic station is working, the methane concentration in the surrounding air does not exceed 1.0% (volume fraction), and the carbon dioxide concentration does not exceed 1.5% (volume fraction);
b) non-explosion-proof hydraulic stations shall not be used in places exposed to gas, coal dust and other flammable and explosive gases;
c) the hydraulic station shall be installed in the machine room with an ambient temperature of 5℃ to 40℃, a relative air humidity of not greater than 85% (at 20℃±5℃), and an altitude of not greater than 1,000m. There shall be enough space for operation and maintenance around it.
4.2 The hydraulic station shall meet the requirements of this standard, and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through specified procedures.
4.3 The hydraulic system of the hydraulic station shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3766.
4.4 The standard valve used in the hydraulic station shall meet the requirements of GB/T 7935.
4.5 The elements must be installed in the place for easy adjustment and operation.
4.6 After the hydraulic station is assembled, the operation of the hydraulic valve shall be flexible, accurate and reliable.
4.7 The joint face, plug, oil gathering block, oil pipe, etc. of each valve shall be tested at 1.25 times of the design pressure for 5min, and the valve shall be free from plastic deformation and leakage.
4.8 The pressure regulating performance of the "pressure regulating device" used in the hydraulic station shall meet the following requirements:
a) When the oil pressure is the design pressure pmax, the control current I (or voltage U) shall not exceed the design value.
b) The residual pressure p0 shall meet those specified in Table 2.
