Stainless steel blade castings for hydraulic turbines
1 Scope
This standard specifies the ordering requirements, manufacturing process, technical requirements, inspection rules and test methods, quality certificate, marking and packaging of stainless steel blade castings for welded construction runner for Francis hydraulic turbines, axial-flow hydraulic turbines and tubular hydraulic turbines.
This standard is applicable to the ordering, manufacturing and inspection of stainless steel blade castings for welded construction runner for Francis hydraulic turbines, axial-flow hydraulic turbines and tubular hydraulic turbines in various specifications, and is applied as the basis for the suppliers' blank delivery or delivery after rough grinding or rough machining.

3 Order requirements
3.1 The purchaser shall indicate the applicable standard(s), casting name, material designation, order quantity and supply condition, the corresponding technical requirements and inspection items specified by the supplier and the purchaser, and other additional instructions beyond those required by this standard in the order contract or order agreement.
3.2 The purchaser shall provide the order drawings and IGS documents jointly approved by both parties, and indicate the product dimensions, tolerances, surface roughness requirements, number, position and size of test blocks, etc.
4 Manufacturing process
4.1 Smelting
The steel for blades shall be smelted by an electric arc furnace or ladle refining furnace, and may also be smelted with the methods confirmed by the supplier and the purchaser.
