Internal combustion engines — Timing gears — Specifications 1 Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of crankshaft, camshaft, valve and oil supply mechanism and other finished gears of internal combustion engine. This standard is applicable to the timing gears of reciprocating internal combustion engines with cylinder diameters less than or equal to 200 mm, as well as oil pump transmission gears, compressor pump gears, power steering pump gears and idler gears of reciprocating internal combustion engines with cylinder diameters less than or equal to 200 mm. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
