1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transport and storage of glass for solar cell module.
This standard is applicable to glass for crystalline silicon solar cell module.
Relevant provisions in this standard may also be referred to for the purpose of the cover glass of flat plate solar collectors and the glass for thin-film solar cell module.
2 Normative References
The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections), or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest editions apply.
