1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to implement laws and regulations on national safe production in the design and construction of frame scaffoldings with steel tubules for advanced technology, economy and rationality as well as safety and usability.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design, construction and use of console scaffold, cantilevered scaffold, full scaffold and formwork support installed by frame scaffoldings with steel tubules in house construction and municipal works.
1.0.3 Before construction, it shall carry out design calculation for frame scaffoldings with steel tubules or formwork support structure and foundation bearing capacity and compile special construction scheme.
1.0.4 The design, construction and application of frame scaffoldings with steel tubules shall not only comply with the requirements stipulated in this code, but also shall meet those in the relevant current ones of the nation.
