1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements and safe operation requirements for the transportation, loading and unloading of dangerous goods by automobile.
This standard applies to the transportation, loading and unloading of dangerous goods such as explosives, compressed gases and liquefied gases, flammable liquids, flammable solid spontaneous combustible articles and substances emitting flammable gases if wet, oxidants and organic peroxides, poisons and infectious substance, radioactive substances, corrosives and miscellaneous substance by automobile.
