1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for the use of personal protective equipment for the repair and remanufacture of mining equipment, the selection of personal protective equipment, the requirements for protection performance, and the provisions for selection and rejection.
This document is applicable to the overhaul and remanufacture of coal mine equipment, and the overhaul and remanufacture of non coal mine equipment can refer to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28619 are applicable to this document.
4 General Requirements
4.1 Personal protective equipment is the auxiliary and preventive measures provided by the employer to ensure the safety and health of workers. Personal protective equipment should not replace engineering protective facilities and other technical and management measures.
4.2 The remanufacturing enterprise shall establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the occupational health and safety management system according to the requirements of GB/T45001, including
Required processes and their interactions.
4.3 The purchase, monitoring, measurement, analysis, performance evaluation, internal audit, management review and improvement of personal protective equipment shall be managed according to the enterprise's occupational health and safety management system.
4.4 The remanufacturing enterprise shall identify the main hazard characteristics and sources in the working environment of the disassembly, cleaning, detection, processing, assembly, testing and other processes of the remanufacturing of mining equipment, and determine the operation category, typical types of work and specifications of personal protective equipment.
4.5 The operation category shall be determined according to the main hazard characteristics and hazard sources in the working environment, and the personal protective equipment shall be correctly selected according to the working environment.
4.6 The scrapping standard and receiving account of personal protective equipment shall be established, and the condition shall be checked regularly,
4.7 It is required to track the technical development achievements at home and abroad and update the personal protective equipment.
4.8 Relevant provisions of GB/T 39800.1 shall be implemented when purchasing, equipping, issuing and using personal protective equipment.
4.9 Establish a visual monitoring system for personal protective equipment to monitor and correct the wearing of personal protective equipment of injured personnel at the production and operation site.
4.10 The whole process of personal protective equipment management should be integrated into information management.
5 Selection of personal protective equipment
5.1 Personal protective equipment with appropriate protective functions and effects shall be selected according to the identification, evaluation and selection procedures, in combination with the operation mode and working conditions, and in consideration of the characteristics and labor intensity of the operation post.
5.2 Operators who are exposed to dust, toxic and harmful substances shall select corresponding respirators, protective clothing, protective gloves and protective shoes according to different dust types, dust concentrations and types and concentrations of poisons with reference to GB 2626, GB/T 18664, GB/T 24536, GB/T 29512 and GB/T 28409.
5.3 The operators exposed to noise shall be equipped with appropriate hearing protectors according to the needs of the operators when they are exposed to more than 80 dB in the Tianzuo area, and the workers shall be instructed to wear and use them correctly.
5.4 If there are ionizing radiation hazards in the workplace, and it is confirmed that the operators need to wear labor protection articles after the evaluation, they can refer to GB/T 29510 to equip the operators with labor protection disks, and guide them to wear and use them correctly.
5.5 For personnel engaged in operations involving falling objects, splashing debris, rotating machinery and sharp tools, refer to GE/T11651, GB/T 30041 and GB/T 23468 to select applicable personal protective equipment.
6 Protection performance requirements
6.1 The protective performance of the personal protective equipment remanufactured after the maintenance of mining equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 39800.1.
6.2 The product identification of personal protective equipment shall include the following contents:
7 Common Personal Protective Equipment and Use Management
7.1 General requirements
7.1.1 Personal protective equipment shall be equipped and worn according to GB/T 29510.
7.2 Safety helmet
7.2.1 Before receiving, you should check whether there is a certificate of production and product certificate allowed by the labor department, and then check whether there is damage, uneven thickness, buffer layer, adjustment belt and elastic belt are complete and effective. Replace immediately if it does not meet the specified requirements.
7.2.2 Regularly check whether there are cracks, sunken cracks, wear and other conditions, and immediately replace them if abnormal phenomena are found. Any hard hat that has been hit hard and has cracks, whether damaged or not, shall be scrapped.
7.2.3 It is strictly prohibited to use safety helmets without buffer layer inside. 7.2.4 On site operators shall wear safety helmets correctly. 7.2.5 Hard hats are not easy to be exposed to the sun for a long time.
7.2.6 The safety helmet shall be kept clean and tidy, and shall not be exposed to fire source, painted at will, squeezed and collided by external force.
7.3 Protective glasses
7.3.1 Anti strike goggles shall be selected for disassembly, assembly and other processes. 7.3.2 Protective goggles against harmful liquids shall be selected for cleaning and other processes.
7.3.3 The protective glasses used in the places to prevent smoke, dust, smoke and various toxic gases with slight toxicity or weak irritation shall be sealed, with no ventilation hole at the quick side, tight contact with the face, and the mirror frame shall be acid and alkali resistant.
7.4 Protective shoes
7.4.1 Leather safety shoes, anti-static rubber soled shoes, rubber faced anti smashing safety shoes, insulated leather shoes, low-voltage insulated rubber shoes, acid and alkali resistant leather shoes, acid and alkali resistant rubber boots, acid and alkali resistant plastic molded boots, high temperature protective shoes, puncture resistant shoes, welding protective shoes, etc. shall be used according to different workplaces.
7.4.2 The rubber part of insulated shoes (boots) shall be free of damage, and preventive tests shall be conducted every six months.
7.5 Protective gloves
7.5.1 When using protective gloves, the gloves made of appropriate materials and easy to operate must be selected after analyzing the workpiece, equipment and operation conditions.
7.5.2 It is forbidden to wear gloves in machining process. 7.5.3 Wear insulating gloves for live working.
7.5.4 Wear acid and alkali resistant gloves when contacting with acid and alkali.
7.5.5 Wear rubber oil resistant gloves when contacting mineral oil, vegetable oil and various solvent operations of fat clusters.
8 Management and training
8.1 Remanufactured enterprises shall identify hazardous and harmful factors before equipping with personal protective equipment. 8.2 Establish and improve the management system for the purchase, acceptance, storage, distribution, use and scrapping of personal protective equipment. 8.3 Personal protective equipment configured shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and national, local and industrial standards,
8.4 It is necessary to strengthen the management of incoming acceptance, check whether the qualification certificate, inspection report and other relevant documents of the manufacturer are complete, and take sampling inspection and other methods to verify if necessary.
8.5 The personal protective equipment shall be distributed reasonably according to the use quantity, effective use time and environmental conditions.
8.6 The effectiveness of the personal protective equipment after wearing shall be confirmed on a regular basis. When it is confirmed that it is invalid, it shall be scrapped and replaced in a timely manner,
8.7 The user or specially assigned person shall maintain and keep the personal protective equipment according to the use requirements.
