1 Scope
This standard specifies basic requirements, rock and soil classification of foundation and engineering characteristics, foundation design, excavation engineering, inspection and monitoring of nuclear safety related plants foundation design for pressure water reactor nuclear power plant.
This standard is applicable to foundation design of nuclear safety related plant for pressure water reactor nuclear power plant, and nuclear safety related other buildings or structures may refer to this standard for foundation design.

1 Scope
