NB/T 47002 "Explosion welded clad plate for pressure vessels" consists of 4 parts:
--Part 1: Stainless Steel - Steel Clad plate;
--Part 2: Nickel-steel clad plate;
--Part 3: Ti-steel clad plate;
--Part 4: Copper-steel clad plate.
NB/T 47002.1 replaces JB 4733-1996 "Explosive Stainless Clad Steel Plate for Pressure Vessels", and NB/T 47002.2 replaces JB/T 4748-2002 "Explosive nickel and nickel-base alloy clad steel plate for pressure vessels". The editions of NB/T 47002.3 and NB/T 47002.4 are the first formulation hereof.
This standard is formulated according to the domestic production data and by reference to Japanese industrial standard JIS G3601-2002 "Stainless-clad steels", JIS G 3602- 1992 "Nickel and nickel alloy clad steels", JIS G 3603-1992 "Titanium clad steels" and JIS G 3604-1992 "Copper and copper alloy clad steels".
There are major differences from JIS G 3601 ~ 3604 in the following aspects:
--Add Class B1 clad plate with higher technical requirements and the percentage of unbounded area 0%;
--Raise the combination shear strength index of the compound contact interface of rustless steel - steel clad plate and Nickel-steel clad plate;
--The tensile test for clad plate is upgraded from the test item negotiated by the supply and demand parts to the required test item;
--Add the test items of impact test;
--The ultrasonic testing for Class B3 clad plate is upgraded from partial scanning to 100% scanning.
