Fur garment
1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of fur garment.
It is applicable to garments with various furs as the main material.
It is not applicable to fur-liner garments.

3 Requirements
3.1 Size designation and specification
3.1.1 Size designation
The size designation is selected according to the requirements of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3, and its indication shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3.
3.1.2 Specification
The specification is self-designed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3, and permissible deviation shall meet the requirements in Annex A.
3.2 Fur materials
3.2.1 Basic requirements
Select fur materials according to QB/T 1280, QB/T 1284, QB/T 1286, QB/T 2923, QB/T 4203 and QB/T 4366 or relevant standards of fur; and in accordance with those specified in GB 20400.
3.2.2 Sensory requirements
3.2.2.1 The skin is uniform in thickness and free from severe incised wound and broken hole. The inner incised wound, if any, shall not exceed half of the thickness, but it shall be glued.
3.2.2.2 The skin is soft and plump and high in extensibility. There is no rigid or crisp skin and no peculiar smell.
3.2.2.3 The skin lining shall be clean and free of meat residue and greasy sense.
3.2.2.4 The fleece shall be smooth, flexible and loose. Its length and thickness are basically consistent, without obvious falling of hair and plush (plush falling), and without oily hair, rust hair, knot hair, float hair and worn-out fur affecting fleece.
3.2.2.5 The dyeing is firm, without obvious floating. The colour and luster is appropriate, without obvious dyeing defect and colour difference.
3.3 Accessory fabric and accessory
Comply with those given in Table 1.

Textiles With performance compatible with fur materials and shrinkage ratio suitable to fur material, without visible skipped yarn and without defects such as obvious dyeing defect and colour difference. There shall not be more than 2 skipped yarns with each no longer than 5mm. There is no defect affecting beauty at obvious parts.
Accessories Without corrosion and burr; installed securely.
Zipper Smooth in zipping, without misalignment and teeth falling; sutured straightly and evenly at consistent edge distance.
Button Smooth, durable, without corrosion and burr
Stitch thread With performance suitable to shell fabric and lining
Trademark Its position is neat, firm, right and clear
3.4 Sewing requirements
Comply with those given in Table 2.

Stitch length It is appropriate to material performance, thickness, stitch thread, manufacture process and stitching strength and the sewing threads on fur materials is not less than 7 needles/30mm.
Stitches Natural and straight; at uniform stitch length; appropriate in tightness; without serious skewness and wrinkles; upper and lower threads are matched. There is back stitching or knot at the start-stop stitches; empty stitches, missing stitches and skipping stitches shall not exceed 2 respectively, and those shall not exceed 2 at main position, shall not exceed 5 in total.
Sewing surface Surface of raw material is free from obvious damage caused by needle plate and feed dog. The joint shall be flat and smooth.
Buttonhole The hole shall face and be appropriate to the button; button nailing, thread off and knotting shall be firm.
3.5 Appearance quality
Comply with those specified in Table 3.

Part Requirement
Collar Top collar is smooth; neck line is round and comfortable, and suitable for the left and right.
Shoulder The shoulder part shall be flat and smooth; the shoulder seam shall be straight; the shoulder dart shall be in the same length and bilaterally symmetrical.
Sleeve The setting in sleeve shall be round and smooth with uniform easing, and two sleeves shall be consistent with each other in term of length with difference not greater than 5mm; the size (width) difference of the two cuffs shall not be greater than 3mm.
Top fly and under fly The seam allowance is smooth, straight and pretty flat, at suitable tightness. Top fly is not shorter than under fly and their length difference is not greater than 3mm.
Back vent and hemline vent Flat and free from hanging and slanting and the length difference is not greater than 3mm.
Pocket The left and right pockets are symmetrical in front and back as well as in height, with the pocket flap matching with the pocket width, at the difference not greater than 3mm.
Buttonhole Consistent in length and width; corresponding edge distance of buttonholes is equal, without skewness and with difference not greater than 2mm.
Tab Both sides are consistent in height and length, firm and free from skewness, with difference not greater than 3mm.
Waistband The fabric, lining and interlining shall be flat, smooth and properly tightened.
Front/back crotch Round, flat and smooth
Belt-loop Consistent and commensurate in length and width; with height difference not greater than 3mm.
Trouser legs The length and width of trouser legs are consistent with difference not greater than 5mm; the difference of leg openings in size (width) is not greater than 3mm.
Interlining Matching with the shell fabric and suitable in tightness when sitting.
General requirements The overall garment is uniform in colour and luster; the size, thickness and pattern of plush are fitting; the middle back and the rows are aligned; the width of the string and the leather are uniform and fitting. Main positions are free of obvious hooking, stitch breaking, spin run and plush; the whole body is flat, at suitable tightness and free from pleating, kilting and pressing, the adhesive-bonded interlining shall not be present with severe delamination; the integral appearance shall be free from stain, burn, scratch, dropping fastener and zipper puller falling off or damage.
4 Test methods
4.1 Devices and tools
4.1.1 Measuring tools
Straight steel ruler with minimum scale of 0.5mm (used to measuring stitch length) and 1mm; steel tape with minimum scale of 1mm.
4.1.2 Inspection bench
Its length, width and height are proper, the bench surface is flat and smooth, so that sample can be flatten on it.
4.1.3 Illuminance
Not less than 750lx.
4.2 Size designation and specification
4.2.1 Size designation
It is inspected according to the requirements of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3.
4.2.2 Permissible deviation of specification
When the parties concerned have disagreement on the specification and permissible deviation, the product shall be inspected according to the design requirements and the requirements of Annex A.
4.3 Fur material (including leather and double face)
Before tailoring and production, inspect the raw materials according to the requirements of GB 20400, QB/T 1280, QB/T 1284, QB/T 1286, QB/T 2923, QB/T 4203, QB/T 4366, QB/T 1872 and QB/T 2536, etc.
4.4 Textiles
Before tailoring and production, inspect according to Annex B.
4.5 Stitch length
Longer than 30mm at any position of finished product (except thick or thin position and embroidered position) is taken with straight steel ruler for measurement.
4.6 Other items
Inspect according to appearance and with measuring ruler.

3 Requirements
3.1 Size designation and specification
3.1.1 Size designation
The size designation is selected according to the requirements of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3, and its indication shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1335.1, GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3.
3.1.2 Specification

3.2.2 Sensory requirements
