1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packing, transport and storage of children's leather shoes manufactured with technologies such as gluing, sewing, mould pressing, vulcanizing, injection molding and injecting, and with natural leather, artificial leather or synthetic leather as the uppers.
This standard is applicable to normal-use children's leather shoes and infants and young children's shoes.
Children's leather shoes manufactured with textile or other materials as the uppers and adopt equivalent manufacturing technologies may comply with this standard by reference.
