Truck with loading crane
1 Scope
This standard specifies the definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, instructions for use, accompanying documents, transportation and storage concerning trucks with loading crane.
This standard is applicable to a truck with loading crane modified from a finalized goods vehicle or a finalized stereotyped automobile chassis (hereinafter referred to as "lift trucks").

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1
maximum hoisting moment
maximum value of the product of the rated lifting load and the corresponding operating range ability
3.2
rated lifting load
maximum total mass (including the mass of the lifting appliance) of the objects allowed to be lifted for safe operation during different operating range abilities
3.3
maximum lifting load
maximum total mass of the objects allowed to be lifted by a lift truck during minimum operating range ability
3.4
range ability
horizontal distance from the vertical line of the hook center of the lift truck to the slewing centerline
3.5
minimum operating range ability
minimum horizontal distance from the vertical line of the hook center to the slewing centerline when the lift truck can operate effectively
3.6
maximum operating range ability
maximum horizontal distance from the vertical line of the hook center to the slewing centerline when the lift truck has the maximum arm length and the boom is in a horizontal state
3.7
maximum lifting height
vertical distance from the hook center to the ground plane where the lift truck is located when the hook is at the upper limit position under the operating conditions of maximum arm length, maximum elevation angle, full extension of vertical stabilizer oil cylinder and complete vehicle unladen mass
