1 Scope
This part of QC/T 568 specifies the rig testing method for auto manual transmission assembly of light vehicles and mini-vehicles.
This part is applicable to auto manual transmission assembly (hereinafter referred to as transmission) of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles with an input torque of not more than 200 N•m.
2 General
2.1 Test items
This part of QC/T 568 includes the following test items:
a) Transmission efficiency test;
b) Transmission noise test;
c) Transmission dynamic seal test;
d) Transmission static torsional strength test;
e) Transmission fatigue life test;
f) Transmission synchronizer life test;
g) Transmission shifting performance test;
h) Transmission temperature rise test;
i) Transmission high-speed test;
