The technical specification of cabin air filter
1 Scope
This standard specifies technical specifications and inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of cabin air filters.
This standard is applicable to particle filters and combination filters for passenger compartment with volume (length × width × height) not less than 0.0008m3.

device used for filtering the air circulating in the interior space of the passenger compartment of an automobile and filtering impurities and harmful gases introduced into the air in the passenger compartment from outside of the automobile through an air conditioning system, which is also known as air filter for passenger compartment, air filter for motor vehicles, and filter element for motor vehicle air-conditioning unit
