Operation and control specification for
distributed resources connected to
distribution network
1 Scope
This standard specifies the specifications and requirements that shall be followed in the operation and control of distributed resources connected to distribution network.
This standard is applicable to the operation and control of distributed resources connected to distribution network with voltage levels of 10kV and below in the form of synchronous generators, asynchronous generators and converters in the operating areas of the State Grid Corporation of China.

boundary between the assets of the grid company and the customer's electrical equipment of distributed resources
3.2
metering point
point at which electricity is exchanged between a distributed resource and the distribution network
3.3
point of interconnection
For resources connected to the public grid through a transformer, it refers to transformer's bus at high-voltage side that is directly connected to the public grid. For resources not directly connected to the public power grid through transformers, it refers to the bus of resources output, also called access point.
