Test technical specification for distributed resources connected to distribution network
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical specifications to be followed in the test on the interconnection interface of distributed resources connected to distribution network.
This standard is applicable to distributed resources connected to distribution network at the voltage levels of 10kV and below in the form of synchronous generators, asynchronous generators and converters in the operating areas of State Grid Corporation of China.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purpose of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
interconnection interface
interconnection interface of distributed resources connected to distribution network, which is a single device or a collection of multiple devices, including the interconnection parts of synchronous generators, asynchronous generators and converter, as well as system control, stability control, component-level and system-level protection, automatic communication, synchronization and metering devices
3.2
simulated distribution network
test device for simulating the voltage, frequency and phase of distribution network
4 General technical principles
4.1 The tests referred to in this standard shall be carried out in accordance with safety specifications and test procedures, and corresponding preventive measures shall be taken.
4.2 The manufacturer of the equipment under test shall provide technical parameters and functional descriptions of the products. If the manufacturer of the equipment under test has special requirements, it shall provide the necessary external equipment for the test.
4.3 The test environment involved in this standard shall meet the test requirements for the equipment under test. When the environmental conditions do not meet the requirements, correction shall be made, and if the conditions are still not met after correction, the test shall be stopped.
4.4 All equipment of distributed resources system shall pass type test, routine test, field commissioning and obtain permission from local power grid enterprises before field test on interconnection interface.
4.5 The equipment under test shall be tested regularly according to its equipment performance.
