QJ 1309A-2008 Classification of disperse porosity for ZL104 alloy castings
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification of dispersed porosity for ZL104 aluminum alloy sand castings (hereinafter referred to as "castings") using X-ray radiography, and provides the corresponding X-ray radiography standard films.
This standard is applicable to the X-ray radiography assessment of ZL104 alloy castings with a wall thickness not exceeding 20mm. For castings with a wall thickness greater than 20mm but less than 50mm, it can be used as a reference.
This standard is not applicable to the classification of spongy porosity for ZL104 alloy castings.
2 Normative references
The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections), or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply to this standard. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition of the document referred to applies.
