QJ 1490-1988 Determination of linear expansion coefficient of composite solid propellant
1 Subject content
This standard specifies the determination of linear expansion coefficient of composite solid propellant.
2 Specimen and reference material
2.1 Specimen preparation
The propellant block or block for specimen preparation shall be prepared according to QJ 1113 Specimens for performance test of composite solid propellant.
2.2 Specimen specification
The specimen specification is shown in Figure 1. The upper and lower end faces of cylindrical specimens shall be kept parallel.
Figure 1
2.3 Storage and measurement of specimens
The prepared specimens are stored at a relative humidity of less than 50% for later use. The length of specimen is measured with a vernier caliper at room temperature before use, and the reading is accurate to 0.02mm. The specimens with length range exceeding 15±0.20mm are discarded.
2.4 Test reference material
