General technical requirements for satellite hoisting, overturning, parking and transportation
1 Subject content and application scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for satellite hoisting, overturning, parking, transportation and mechanical ground support equipment (hereinafter referred to as “equipment”).
This standard is applicable to satellites at all stages of development except for the prototype. This standard can also be referenced for the cabin section and its components.
2 Normative references
GB 5082-85 The commanding signal for lifting and moving
GB 6067-85 Safety rules for lifting appliances
3 General requirements
3.1 The safety factor of lifting appliance and overturning equipment shall generally be taken as 5, and that of parking equipment shall generally be taken as 3.
3.2 The equipment shall be periodically verified in service and have a certificate of conformity.
3.3 The equipment shall be marked with product code, rated load and manufacturing date.
3.4 The equipment shall be convenient for moving.
3.5 The equipment shall be kept clean and the sprayed protective layer shall not fall off.
3.6 Protective measures shall be taken to prevent extrusion and scratch at the contact between equipment and satellite body.
3.7 Insulation pads shall be provided between hooks and lifting appliance for hoisting the whole satellite.
3.8 The parking surface of satellite body is generally the docking surface between satellite body and carrier rocket. The connection mode between the parking surface and the parking trolley of the satellite body shall be consistent with that between the satellite body and the carrier rocket. During connection, the number of bolts can be reduced, but the minimum number is 8. Exploding bolts shall be process bolts.
