QJ 2328-1992 Composite solid propellant storage aging test method
1 Subject content and application scope
This standard specifies the test equipment, test conditions, test steps, test methods, aging test mathematical model and calculation method for high-temperature accelerated aging test of composite solid propellant (hereinafter referred to as propellant) by oven aging method.
This standard is applicable to accelerated aging test and service life prediction of propellant carton.
2 Normative references
GB 4883 Statistical interpretation of data - Detection and treatment of outliers in the normal sample
QJ 912 Method for determination of burning rate of composite solid propellant strips by underwater acoustic emission
QJ 915 Method for determination of burning rate, burning rate pressure index and burning rate temperature sensitivity coefficient of composite solid propellant strips (target line method)
QJ 924 Unidirectional tensile test method for composite solid propellants
QJ 1113 Test specimens for performance testing of composite solid propellants
3 Aging performance evaluation
3.1 This standard specifies that unidirectional tensile properties and burning rate of the strips are used as performance evaluation parameters. If other properties are to be added as aging performance evaluation parameters, it can be decided by the engine design unit and the propellant development unit through consultation.
3.2 The limit value of aging performance evaluation parameters is the limit index to meet the requirements of engine design and use, which shall be put forward by the engine design unit and the propellant development unit through consultation.
3.3 The limit value can be expressed either as an absolute value of the test data or as a percentage (relative value) of the change in the original value.
4 Test equipment and instruments
