1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for manufacture of missile (launch vehicle) valves.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, acceptance inspection, packaging, storage, preservation and use of missile (launch vehicle) valves. It may also serve as a reference for the valves of missile (launch vehicle) ground equipment.

3 Requirements
3.1 Materials and purchased devices
3.1.1 The mechanical properties, physical properties, electromagnetic properties, service temperature range, and compatibility with working medium of the metal materials, as well as the service temperature range, compatibility with working medium and total life cycle of non-metal materials for missile (launch vehicle) valves shall meet the performance and service requirements for valves.
3.1.2 The materials, semi-finished products and purchased parts shall be provided by the suppliers passing the quality certification of military products. The supplier providing materials, semi-finished products and purchased parts shall issue certificates or quality certificates which are consistent with the designation, state, furnace (batch) number, technical conditions, manufacturer and production date indicated on the materials, semi-finished products and purchased parts.
