卫生管理、生产过程管理、质量管理、记录和文件管理、标识标签、管理制度的建立和考核等方面的良好操作规范。
本标准适用于以大豆或其他杂豆为主要原料生产、经营豆制品食品的企业。
本标准不适用于大豆蛋白生产企业。
