1.0.1 This standard is prepared to improve the design and construction quality of cement mortar lining of steel pipeline (hereinafter referred to as "lining") and prolong the service life of steel pipeline.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of steel water pipeline lining with outer diameter in oilfield no less than 60.3mm. The pH value of water shall not be less than 5 and the temperature should not be higher than 60℃.
1.0.3 Besides those specified in this standard, the design, construction, safety and inspection of lining shall also meet the requirements of current national compulsory standard.
1.0.4 The design strength of steel pipeline shall be in accordance with the strength without lining.
1.0.5 The decrease of pipeline inner diameter and the friction coefficient of lining inner surface shall be taken into consideration in calculating hydraulic power of steel pipeline with lining.
