本标准包括具有良好耐腐蚀性能的无缝、离心铸造和焊接复合管线钢管。这里所指的内覆和衬里复合管线钢管应由外层基体钢管和内层的耐腐蚀合金层(CRA)两部分组成。基体钢管应满足API Spec 5L要求，本标准作出变更时除外。本标准的目的是提供适用于石油和天然气行业输送天然气、水和原油的具有良好抗腐蚀性能的钢管标准。
