3 Technical requirements
3.1 Rail type
The fastening systems shall be suitable for 60kg/m rail in accordance with TB/T 3276. The fastening systems at rail joints (including glued insulated joints) shall meet the installation requirements of rail joint coupling components.
3.2 Gauge
Gauge shall be 1,435mm.
3.3 Interface
The interface diagram between the fastening system and the concrete sleeper or track slab shall include the relevant dimensions and tolerances of the supporting rail-bearing surface for sleeper or track slab, as well as the embedded position dimensions and tolerances of the embedded parts.
3.4 Rail cant
The rail cant shall be 1: 40. Rail cant shall be arranged for the fastening system if not arranged for the foundation beneath the rail.
