TB/T 3065-2020 Type II fastening system
1 Scope
This standard specifies the composition, assembly performance, technical requirements of parts, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of type II fastener system.
This standard is applicable to the type II fastener system for passenger and cargo common line railway line and lines with curve radius of not less than 295m, all kinds of railway station lines of ballasted track concrete pillow 60kg/m or 75kg/m rail.

4 Fastener composition
Type II fastening system is composed of spring clip, gauge baffle, baffle seat, underrail subplate, nut, flat washer and spiral spike, and can also include underrail high backing plate. The connection and assembly of fasteners are shown in Figure 1.
