3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
long-span prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs
prestressed pretensioned concrete slab hollow-core member composed of multiple regularly-arranged full-length holes, with marking length of 3m~21m and standardized slab thickness and marking width
Note: Hereinafter referred to as “hollow-core slab”.
3.2
long line prestressed pretensioned process
process as follows for producing precast concrete member: tension prestressed tendons and temporarily anchor them with fixtures on a former platform with length not less than 100m, then, pour concrete and arrange the prestressed pretensioned tendons when the concrete reaches the specified strength to form prestress
3.3
gap
minimum clear distance between hollow-core slabs when the slabs are designed and arranged
Note: The gap is divided into slab end gap and slab side gap.
3.4
extrusion technology
technology for producing hollow-core slab formed by extruding and compacting stiff concrete via the combined action of the screw feeder and the built-in vibration device when the special automation equipment is moved along the former platform
3.5
slip-former technology
technology for producing hollow-core slab formed by vibrating and stamping stiff concrete via the action of the vibration device when the special automation equipment is moved along the former platform
4 Specification and marking
4.1 Specification
4.1.1 Length dimension
4.1.1.1 The marking length (l) of hollow-core slab shall be the span of the axis; the production length (lp) of the hollow-core slab shall be the marking length minus the slab end gap (g) (Figure 1); the slab end gap (g) shall not be less than 20mm and shall be determined in the design document.
Key:
1——hollow-core slab
2——supporting member
l——marking length
lp——production length
g——slab end gap, g=g1+g2
g1, g2——distance between axis and slab end

4.1.1.2 The marking length (l) of hollow-core slab shall be within the specified length, 3≤ l ≤21m.
4.1.2 Sectional dimension
4.1.2.1 The thicknesses (h) of hollow-core slab shall be: 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, 220mm, 240mm, 250mm, 265mm, 300mm, 320mm, 350mm, 360mm, 370mm, 380mm, 400mm, 450mm or 500mm.
