Specification of battery electric passenger cars in subtropical damp-heat climate
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the adaptability of battery electric passenger cars to subtropical damp-heat climate.
This standard is only applicable to the battery electric passenger cars, and may be referred to by plug-in (including range-extended) hybrid passenger cars and fuel cell passenger cars.
Note: New energy vehicles generally refer to battery electric vehicles, plug-in (including range-extended) hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles listed in the Catalogue of recommended models for demonstration, promotion and application of energy-efficient and new energy vehicles of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Design and manufacturing
4.1.1 Product consistency
The configuration and technical status of battery electric passenger car products produced and sold shall be consistent with those of products that have passed the Road motor vehicle manufacturers and products announcement and the Catalogue of recommended models for promotion and application of new energy vehicles.
4.1.2 Exclusive electric vehicle platform
The battery electric passenger cars shall be developed and produced on exclusive electric vehicle platforms, with scientific and reasonable overall structure and layout design, for the purpose of safe and reliable use in subtropical damp-heat climate.
4.1.3 Independent intellectual property rights
The related core parts and components of battery electric passenger cars shall have independent intellectual property rights in China. The manufacturers of these core parts and components shall be registered in China and master the core technologies of these components. The supply chain system shall be conducive to promoting localized manufacturing.
4.2 Change rate of DC charging time at 40℃
When tested as specified in 5.2, the change rate of DC charging time at 40℃ shall not be greater than 20%.
