YY/T 0295.1-2005 General specification for medical forceps
1 Scope
This part of YY/T 0295 specifies the materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of medical forceps products (hereinafter referred to as forceps).
This part is applicable to two-piece overlapped medical forceps.

3 Materials
The forceps shall be made of materials 2Cr13, 1Cr13, 1Cr18Ni9 specified in GB/T 1220 and TC4 specified in GB/T 3621 or other applicable materials.
4 Requirements
4.1 The types and basic dimensions of forceps are specified in the product standards.
4.2 After treatment, the hardness of the forceps shall meet those specified in Table 1.
