本规程规定了出口番茄酱的组批、抽样、检验、检验结果的判定、口岸查验及查验结果的判定。本规程适用于以鲜番茄为原料，经清洗、打浆、去皮去籽、浓缩、灌装、杀菌（无菌罐装）、包装而制成的出口马口铁罐装番茄和无菌铝箔袋装番茄酱的检验。
