1. Scope This standard specifies the material, product classification, requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of steel framed polyethylene plastic pipe (hereinafter referred to as composite pipe) molded by extruding polyethylene (medium density or high density) thermoplastic resin and the mesh reinforcement frame which is molded by continuous wrapping and welding. This standard is applicable to the buried composite pipes for the supply of gaseous fuels to towns (the transmission medium temperature in composite pipe is -20℃~40℃). 2.
