This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and types, structure, materials and connection, requirements, test methods, marking and warning label, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of electro-magnetic emergency shut-off valve for gas (hereinafter referred to as valve).
This standard is applicable to electro-magnetic emergency shut-off valve for gas whose nominal dimension is not larger than DN 300, maximum operating pressure not larger than 0.4 MPa and working ambient temperature scope is - 20℃~60℃, and which is linked with urban gas safety control system.
