1. Scope This national Standard specifies the environmental test method and severities of fire electronic products. This Standard is applicable to the environmental test for the fire electronic products used in general installation site, environmental test method and severities for the fire electronic products used in special installation site. Unless otherwise specified in other related standards, they shall all comply with this Standard. 2. General Provisions This Standard is formulated with a view to provide a unified test method that can reproduce the environment for fire electronic products. Standards on fire electronic products shall be considered according to the environmental conditions that are likely to be encountered by the products and analyzed comprehensively from technology and economy prospects, and then, make specific provisions for the test method (condition) and severities adopted. 3.1 Test Category The tests listed in this Standard are classified into two kinds: I-type: running test Such kind of tests are mainly judging whether the products meet the functional requirements under environmental test condition, which aims to inspect the capability of products under normal working in the operating ambient and verify the immunity from interference of the products under the operating ambient. In their testing process, all products are under normal monitoring state. II-type: endurance test This kind of tests are made to accelerate the impact of regular service environmental condition on the products, further to determine the products' performance, and assess the residual impact of the test environment on the products under off working state (non-instantaneous effect), which aims to verify the capability of products enduring the operating ambient for a long time. 3.2 Test Projects Test projects specified in this Standard see Table 1:
