Specification for operation management and service of electric vehicle public charging infrastructure
1 Scope
This document specifies the contents and related requirements of operation management and customer service of electric vehicle public charging infrastructure, and the operation management and service of special charging infrastructure may be implemented with reference to this document.
This document is applicable to enterprises engaged in the operation management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure such as patrol, defect treatment and fault repair, and providing customer services such as charging, metering and billing, and service consultation for electric vehicle users (hereinafter referred to as "the enterprises").

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29317, GB/T 29781 and the following apply.
3.1
charging infrastructure
generic term for equipment and systems connected with electric vehicles and providing electric energy for them, which generally include off-board chargers, on-board chargers, centralized or decentralized AC/DC charging spots and their supporting systems
3.2
customer service channel
specific approach for the enterprises to interact with and provide services for electric vehicle users
4 General requirements
4.1 The operation service of electric vehicle charging infrastructure shall comply with the provisions of national laws, regulations and relevant standards.
4.2 The operation management of charging infrastructure should make full use of public infrastructure such as power supply, transportation, fire protection and drainage.
4.3 Charging infrastructure shall be inspected for acceptance after arrival according to NB/T 33008 and other relevant requirements, and installed and debugged after passing the inspection. The site selection and environment of charging infrastructure shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 51313. Before operation, they shall pass the inspection for completion acceptance according to the relevant requirements of NB/T 33004 and DG/TJ 08-2093, and meet the operation conditions.
4.4 As for the operation management of charging infrastructure, it is required to provide services under the principles of safety, convenience, high efficiency and intelligence, innovate service contents, and improve service processes and quality.
5 Environmental requirements
5.1 Charging infrastructure shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 37293. Without affecting operation, equipment maintenance and fire safety, greening arrangement shall be carried out based on local conditions, and shall be consistent with the city appearance.
5.2 The environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity and air pressure, when charging infrastructure operates, shall meet the requirements for normal charging of electric vehicle traction batteries.
