1 Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits, monitoring and controlling requirements of such stationary-source air pollutants as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and particulate matters as well as the relevant regulations of standard impelmentation, supevision and the like. For control indexes unspecified in this standard and which are provided with relevant provincial or national standards and monitoring methods, they shall be in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards.
This standard is applicable to the environmental impact assessment, environment protection facility design andcompletion acceptance of environmental protection of all stationary source construction projectsas well as the emission management of air pollutants after the stationary source construction project is putinto operation.
