This Code states the principles and standards for the design of electric secondary wiring in power plants and substations. It is applicable to the newly-built fossil fuel power plants with the single-unit nominal capacity of 12-600MW and the rated voltage of 35kV-500kV and the newly-built substations with the unit transformer capacity of 5MVA and higher. The extended and reconstructed projects can be implemented referring to this Code.
