1 Scope
This standard specifies the items, periods and requirements of preventive tests for various electric power equipment, in order to judge whether the equipment meets the operating conditions, to prevent equipment damage and ensure safety operation.
This standard is applicable to 500kV or below AC electric power equipment.
This standard is not applicable to high-voltage DC transmission equipment, electric power equipment for mine and used under other special conditions, as well as electrical equipment and safety appliances such as protective relay device, automatic device and measuring device of electric power systems.
The equipment imported from abroad shall be implemented by reference to this standard based on the product standard of this equipment.
