1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage for the woven belts.
This standard is applicable to the woven belts made of such fibrous materials as purified cotton, chinlon, vinylon, acrylon, polypropylene fiber and dacron. Elastic woven belts may be implemented by reference to this standard.

Skips
Warp or weft not interwoven along the texture, but floating on the belt surface.
3.2
Open-set mark
Obvious gap between two adjacent wefts of woven belt

Buckle
Metal auxiliaries matching with belt
4 Requirements
4.1 Technical requirements of woven belts are divided into inherent quality and appearance quality. Inherent quality requirements include seven indexes: width deviation, weft direction density deviation ratio, thickness deviation, length deviation, colour fastness to perspiration, colour fastness to rubbing and colour fastness to light. Appearance quality requirements mainly include the appearance defects.
4.2 Inherent quality requirements of woven belts are detailed in Table 1.
