1 ScopeThis document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, acceptance rules,packaging and marking of cashmere knitting yarn.
This document is applicable to evaluation of the quality of worsted, woollen and semi-worsted, pure andblended knitting yarn with cashmere content of no less than 30%.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Safety requirements
The basic safety technical requirements of cashmere knitting yarh shall comply with provisions specifiedin GB 18401, and the basic safety technical requirements ofi infants’ and children's products shall complywith provisions specified in GB 31701.
4.2 Grading requirements
The grade of cashmere knitting yarn shall be classified by batch and comprehensively assessed on bothinteral quality and appearance quality, it is classified into superior grade, first grade and qualified grade,and the grade of a batch shall be evaluated based on the lowest grade of a single item.
4.3 Evaluation of internal quality
4.3.1 The internal quality shall be graded based on batch, The batch grade is determined by a single item with the lowest assessment result.
4.3.2 The internal qual ity shall be graded as specified in Table 1.
