This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 73043-2012 Knitted shirts and the following main technical changes have been made with respect to FZ/T 73043-2012:
——The scope of the standard is modified to clarify that it is not applicable to shirts containing fillers or products for infants and young children aged under 36 months old (inclusive) (see Clause 1 hereof; Clause 1 of Edition 2012);
——Dimensional change rate after dry cleaning, color fastness to dry cleaning, and appearance quality assessment indexes after water washing are added, and the requirement that shirts for children aged from 36 months old to 14 years old shall comply with GB 31701 is added (see 4.2 hereof; 4.2 of Edition 2012);
——The assessment requirements for fiber content, dimensional change rate after water washing or dry cleaning, pilling, wrinkling degree of all wool products after water washing, and color fastness to light of textiles wetted with artificial perspiration are modified (see 4.2 hereof; 4.2 of Edition 2012);
——The separate classification of assessment indexes for color fastness to washing with soap or soap and soda, and color fastness to rubbing are deleted (see 4.2.1 hereof; 4.2.1 of Edition 2012);
——Specification and dimension deviation as well as measurement requirements of clothing length part are modified, the specification and dimension allowable deviation requirements for collar size are modified, and specification and dimension allowable deviation of short sleeve length is added (see Tables 3 and 6 hereof; Tables 3 and 4 of Edition 2012);
——The inherent quality inspection conditions are modified (see 5.4 hereof; 5.3 of Edition 2012);
——The test method of distortion after water washing is modified (see 5.5.7 hereof; 5.4.7 of Edition 2012);

Knitted shirts
1 Scope
This standard specifies the product sizing, requirements, inspection rules, judgment rules, and product instruction as well as packaging, transportation and storage of knitted shirts.
This standard is applicable to knitted shirts made mainly of knitted fabric.
This standard is not applicable to shirts containing fillers or products for infants and young children under 36 months old (inclusive).

3 Product sizing
The sizing of knitted shirt products shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1335 (all parts) or GB/T 6411. The sizing beyond the standard range may be increased or decreased in sequence according to the grading values and principles specified in the standard.
4 Requirements
4.1 Grading requirements
4.1.1 The products are classified into superior products, first-grade products and acceptable products in terms of the quality grade.
4.1.2 Grading of quality: The products are graded by batches (delivery batch) in terms of inherent quality and by pieces in terms of appearance quality, and the lower grade shall prevail in case of a combination of both.
4.1.3 For all inherent quality indexes, the lowest grade of the test result is regarded as the grading basis for this batch of products.
4.1.4 Where appearance defects with different product grades exist on the same product, the product shall be graded according to the lowest quality grade. For one product, only two limit surface defects of the same grade are allowed; otherwise, it shall be degraded by one grade.

3 Product sizing
