1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements, inspection method, inspection rules, marking, packing, transportation and storage of skirt, one-piece dress and skirted suit.
This standard is applicable to mass-produced skirt, one-piece dress and skirted suit made of raw materials like cotton, hemp, silk, chemical fiber and blend fabric.

3 Requirements
3.1 Instructions for use
Instructions for use of finished product shall comply with the requirements of GB 5296.4.
3.2 Specification for size designation
3.2.1 Size designation setting shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3.
3.2.2 Specifications of main positions of finished product shall be designed by self according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 1335.2 and GB/T 1335.3.
3.3 Materials
3.3.1 Shell fabric
Shell fabric suitable for skirt, one-piece dress and skirted suit shall be selected according to the textile shell fabrics standards.
3.3.2 Lining
Lining with property and color matching with the shell fabric used shall be adopted (excluding the special design).
3.3.3 Accessories
3.3.3.1 Lining cloth, shoulder pad
Adhesive interlining and shoulder pads with shrinkage, property, and color matching with the shell fabric used shall be selected, and the quality shall meet the requirements of corresponding product standards.
3.3.3.2 Stitch thread
Stitch thread suitable for the quality of accessories used shall be adopted. The shrinkage of embroidery thread shall match with the shell fabric. Button thread shall match with the color of button. Brand thread shall match with the brand ground colour (except ornamental thread).
3.3.3.3 Button, zipper and metallic auxiliaries
Button (except ornamental button) and auxiliaries suitable for the shell fabric used shall be adopted. Zipper and metal auxiliaries shall be free from defects. Buttons and auxiliaries shall be rustless, and free of deformation and discolouring after washing and ironing.
3.4 Warp and weft direction
3.4.1 Allowable skewness degree of top collar, back, sleeve and straight skirt shall not be larger than 3%, and the front fly hem is not turned.
3.4.2 The skew weft of colored woven checks shall not be greater than 3%.
3.5 Stripe and plaid matching
3.5.1 Apparent stripes or plaids of over 1.0cm, if on shell fabric, shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.

Cuff button Left and right cuff button stripes and plaids are smooth and straight, symmetrical to the vertical stripes, and the mutual deviation not greater than 0.2 Subject to the obvious stripes
Long sleeve Stripe and plaid shall be smooth and straight; subject to sleeve cap, two sleeves shall be symmetrical; the mutual deviation shall not be greater than 0.5. —
Short sleeve Stripe and plaid shall be smooth and straight; subject to cuff, two sleeves shall be symmetrical; the mutual deviation shall not be greater than 0.5. —
Sleeve and front fly The part above elbow line and the front fly checks are be aligned horizontally, and the mutual deviation on two sleeves is not larger than 0.5. —
Center back seam Stripe matching of strip material; plaid matching of plaid material; the mutual deviation shall not be greater than 0.3. —
Side seam Plaid matching of plaid material; the mutual deviation 10.0 below the arm hole is not larger than 0.4. —
Skirt side seam Stripes shall be straight, plaids across each other, the mutual deviation shall not be greater than 0.3. —
Note: it is exclusive of special design.
3.5.2 The fabric (velvet), checker board weave raw material and the whole body shall be in the same direction; the whole part of long-hair raw materials shall be in the same direction (excluding the special design).
3.5.3 Shell fabric with special pattern shall subject to the main picture, and the whole body shall be in the same direction.

3 Requirements
3.1 Instructions for use

3.2 Specification for size designation
