Introduction of FZ/T 81018-2014

1 Scope This standard specifies all technical characteristics such as requirements, test methods, inspection classification rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of woven artificial leather garments. This standard is applicable to the garments produced with artificial leather (with woven fabrics as base cloth) as the main fabric. This standard is not applicable to the garments for infants aged 36 months and below. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. GB/T 250 Textiles - Tests for color fastness - Grey scale for assessing change in color GB/T 251 Textiles - Tests for colour fastness - Gray scale for assessing staining GB/T 1335 (All parts) Standard sizing systems for garments GB/T 4841.3 Colour cards of standard depths for dyeing with dyestuffs 2/1, 1/3, 1/6, 1/12, 1/25 GB 5296.4 Instructions for use of products of consumer interest - Part 4: Textiles and apparel GB/T 6040 General rules for infrared analysis GB/T 8949 Polyurethane dry-processing artificial leather GB 18401 National general safety technical code for textile products GB/T 21294 Testing methods of physical and chemical performance of garments GB/T 21295 Requirements of physical and chemical performance of garments GB 21550 The restriction of hazardous materials in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather GB/T 29862 Textiles - Identification of fiber content GB/T 31907 Method of garment measurement QB/T 2714 Leather - Physical and mechanical tests - Determination of flex resistance FZ/T 80002 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage for garments FZ/T 80004 Rule for garments delivery inspection 3 Requirements 3.1 Instructions for use The artificial leather fabric shall be marked with the main part type of the coating, and the remaining instructions for use of finished product shall be in accordance with GB 5296.4. 3.2 Size specification The size setting is selected as specified in GB/T 1335. 3.3 Raw materials 3.3.1 Shell fabric Artificial leather fabric meeting the quality requirements of this standard shall be selected according to the relevant national standards for artificial leather. 3.3.2 Lining Lining suitable for the applied shell fabric and complying with the quality requirements of this standard shall be adopted. 3.3.3 Accessories 3.3.3.1 Lining cloth and shoulder pads Lining cloth and shoulder pads suitable for the performance, color and luster of the adopted shell fabric shall be adopted and their quality shall meet the requirements of this standard. 3.3.3.2 Sewing thread The sewing thread suitable for the performance, color and luster of shell fabric and accessories shall be adopted and the shrinkage of the embroidery thread shall match that of shell fabric. 3.3.3.3 Button, zipper and other accessories Buttons, zippers and other accessories suitable for the applied shell fabric shall be adopted, the button shall be smooth on surface and free from damage, the accessories shall be free from defects, sharp points and sharp edges, and they shall be free from deformation, discoloration, staining and rust after washing and/or ironing. Zippers shall mesh in good condition and run smoothly.
